Customer and Goal Focused

We listen to what your goals are as an aviator, be it curiosity, a hobby, a mode of transportation or as a profession and we help you develop a plan to achieve your goals. We will work with you to set up a reasonable timeline and our online performance tracking allows you to see your progress.

We are committed to making a better customer experience with efficiency and effectiveness through the use of modern technology, and our standardization of training practices, syllabi and equipment.

Efficiency through Technology

East Bay Flight uses technology both in and out of the aircraft to enhance the training environment. Inside the aircraft we utilize modern Garmin avionics that connect to electronic flight bags such as ForeFlight and Garmin Pilot. Modern avionics help provide better safety and situational awareness through comforts such as a large touch screen and live traffic and weather, all while being easy to use and learn.

Using electronic flight bags aids flight planning and the transfer of data and information from instructor to student. Outside the cockpit East Bay Flight uses a single online hub for scheduling, billing, student training tracking and aircraft maintenance. This online hub means you can pay your bill while scheduling your next lesson, see if aircraft maintenance will impact your flight, and track your progress to your license.

Efficiency through Standardization

At East Bay Flight we have standardized our aircraft, our syllabus, and our procedures. We feel this is key to making your flight training efficient and effective. By standardizing the aircraft we spend more time learning to fly and less time learning different data displays or systems. Standardizing the syllabus and our procedures means that you have a consistent path to your license and can plan for what is next. It also means less interruptions from instructor and aircraft availability.
